Shipping
The articles are usually shipped within 48 hours, some up to 7 days; depending on the location of the article, as we keep some works in London and some works are in Estonia, in the studio. Shipping is normally done via couriers that allow articles to be insured, e.g. DHL, UPS, Fedex or Royal Mail. Most of the couriers require a special plywood packaging in order to provide valid insurance. Normally, the cost of shipping and insurance is included in the price. If the art work is damaged, please call us immediately concerning the damages so that we can report it to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
What is your return policy?
We realize that viewing art online has its limitations and challenges. While it is our humble opinion that the actual artwork far exceeds the viewing experience of the image you see online, you may return your order within 30 days if for any reason you are not pleased with what you receive. If the piece is in its original condition and returned within 30 days, we will gladly exchange it or refund the full purchase price minus costs for the packing, insurance, and shipping. Also, the shipping, packing and insurance fees of the returned items are solely a responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before returning any items.
